Karli joined the Summit Commercial team in 2026 bringing with her years of experience in business ownership and management, marketing, property management, and corporate responsibility. Karli began her career in the real estate industry in 2018 when she met and fell in love with Commercial Agent Cody Black. Shortly after they were married Karli left her job as Non-Profit Director at Tesani Companies, and Owner of Celebrate Learning to focus on creating the very best Commercial Real Estate Team Utah County has ever seen.

When Karli is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her community, and trying new and exciting things. She resides in Provo with her husband Cody and eight incredible kids.
